This method does require an old ebay account & you will need 2 accounts with a history of purchases.
To keep things simple here's what you need:
1. 2 Ebay accounts dated & history of purchases (Can find someone on clearnet to sell you one just ask reddit)
2. On account 1 your going to use this account as a buyer account.
3. On account 2 your going to use this as a seller account (Use your own account if you'd like)
4. On the seller account (account 2) make sure to set everything up properly an have all info provided so ebay don't have to email to get the info.
5. Create a fake listing for an item within your selling allowance (I'd recommend an item valued at 50)
6. Once the account is set up you want to use a burner email, phone, laptop, hard drive or virtualbox running windows 10.
7. On account 1 (The buyer account) you want to have all the burner info connected (use the links provided to help) and then once this is done allow the account to sit for a day or just start searching for random items to make it look legit.
8. Once at least 2 days has passed use the connected cc to purchase an item from your seller account.
9. If you connected a bank account to the seller account you should get a payout within 3 days.
10. Provide a fake tracking number that looks legit on the item.
11. Repeat the process to keep cashing out from the cc.
12. Once your done go ahead and close the buyer account but remove the cc first.
13. On the seller account after you've had all the funds paid out go ahead and change the bank details to a fake bank account (I'll provide bank details that I used that didn't require verification)
15. Get paid & repeat
